Each speaker, panel discussion, and breakout session has been carefully curated to help each woman take back her life in every area (finances,, physical health, mental health, purpose, career, relationships, emotional health, and spiritual health). We also have a special session for men called "The Masculinity Safety Zone." Davida Thompson organized women empowerment event geared to coach and train women life skill that can help enhance the work and life balance. The programs provide the access to other strong empowering women who have overcame traumatic experiences, business owners, and educators. Creating an open forum for discussing and counseling.
