Janitorial Excellence is a 35-year cleaning company providing janitorial, floor care, carpet cleaning, maintenance and staffing throughout eastern WA. We are aggressively growing and are looking for people that will grow with the company. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor that has leadership experience, self-motivated, willing to be hands-on, able to develop their employees, and willing to travel. As the Operations Supervisor you will be in a working lead position, you will assign, lead, train, and assist crew members in daily custodial, floor care, carpet cleaning etc. Successful candidates for this position bring a positive attitude and can demonstrate effective training and communication skills. This position will require part of the shift cleaning and the other part supervising and checking the building. A working knowledge of janitorial experience in office cleaning, floor care, window cleaning and carpet cleaning is desired but not required. A valid driver’s license is required. Responsibilities * Deliver fantastic customer service. * Perform all tasks with attention to detail and at the highest possible quality. * Maintain and keep van, machines, tools, and shop clean and organized. * Professionally communicate with employees, manager, and customers. * Problem solve * Participate in company paid training and certification classes. * Clean, training and cover open positions. * Help recruit and hire employees. * Supervise employees. * Observe service issues and offer solutions. * Inspecting job sites and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Improve and implement new business processes and procedures. * Assisting in developing and growing the business. * Maintain strong client relationships. * Employee discipline and re-training.
