Our home in Wenatchee has been remodeled but we need help with the finish work. Everything has been permitted and all major construction has been done. Waiting on final inspection to finish up the last little bit of projects. We are looking for a handyman or general contractor to help. $20-$25 and hour based on experience. Must have your own tools, we will provide all supplies. Must be able to pass a basic background check. Please respond to this ad with name, number and availability. Scope of work: * Carpet 200 square feet of flooring. * touch up painting * install small amount of siding around the new front door * install glass railing (comes with instructions, is considered a DIY project) * possible installation of a french drain in the yard * small repair to foundation * Install new door handles throughout the house
