Ever wonder why your kiddo acts aggressively or has trouble holding focus? Do you ever feel "hangry" and act poorly when you have certain foods? Join founder of SHK, Robin Cervantes as she dissects the Food Mood Connection and empowers you with the tools to dissect behaviors that could be connected to food consumption. Because it doubles as a working kitchen, we ask a few things of you, our guest. *Everyone must wear closed-toed shoes free of mud and debris. *Please securely tie your hair back before entering our kitchen. *No exceptions may be made. Thank you for your understanding. Mask Policy Participants may attend class maskless if fully vaccinated. We ask that those who are not currently vaccinated to please wear a mask. Teaching staff may teach maskless if fully vaccinated. If children are participating in classes we currently follow the GISD guidelines and strongly suggest that children wear masks who are not vaccinated. This is at the discrediting of the parent. We thank you for your cooperation and will continue to update mask guidelines as they progress. SHK is a commercial producer of natural remedies, herbal skin care & nourishing foods. In early 2019 we opened our teaching kitchen in Georgetown TX. We love to share our passion of healthy cooking, herbalism, and holistic modalities with the community. Our pannel of expert instructors are here to guide you on your natural journey. Grab an apron, ground yourself with all that nature has to offer and experience our hands on classes and interactive lectures for yourself.   Classes are available for children to adults and range from $5-35 on single classes, and discounts of nulti class workshops. We believe that healthy living education should be available for all.
