A co-ed jiu jitsu seminar taught by April Parks and Katie Hooven. There will both gi and no gi instruction followed by live rolling. April Parks is a RCJ Machado Black Belt and multiple time world champion. Katie Hooven is a Garry Tonon Brown Belt. Get ready for excellent instruction with a fun atmosphere.
