Yoga Class for Littles ages 3-5yrs.
These classes will teach children how to connect, breathe, move, focus, and relax, while having fun in a playful, age appropriate yoga class. This playful class encourages self-expression; as well as, building social skills. Research shows that yoga promotes emotional regulation, mindfulness, body awareness, and strengthens motor skills. We aim to help children connect to their bodies in a positive and constructive way while having fun!
