Yoga in the Park is back!!! Yoga in the Park returns to Emma Harvat Square + Live stream on Zoom! Join me for an all-levels 45min yoga class in the Peninsula Neighborhood, Iowa City. Class is in person for those who would like to attend. If you prefer to join from your home use the zoom link! Please bring a mask and your mat with you to class. There will be plenty of room in the grass to spread out as much as you would like. Class is donation based, pay what feels good. Registration prior to class is required. Zoom info will be emailed to all participants prior to class. I will reach out via email with any weather or class updates.
