Handyman needed for rentals

Handyman/maintenance wanted 1-2 days a week, one of which MUST be Monday. This is for several houses long-term, so not looking for someone waiting for another job or side hustle. A day average 7-8 hours and the pay is below. You file taxes for total at end of year. Duties to include maintenance to the properties: handyman small projects, tree trimming, room turnarounds, etc. Looking for experienced, clean background, sober and drug free with a good neat appearance only.
