Berry picking paid by the pound

I have a need for Berry pickers. I pay by the pound, depends on the type of the berry. Right now I need gooseberry picked for $3 a pound, and sour cherries picked for $2 a pound. Soon I will need black currants picked. I can pick 20 lbs of black Currants in an hour, but you need to be efficient. Most people can't make much, but if you're good at picking, can keep both hands busy all the time stripping as you go, you can make $40 an hour.
