Overview It's Christmas In July! Learn how to decorate cookies with royal icing. Overview Learn the art of cookie decorating with royal icing during this hands-on In- Person cookie class. Theme - Christmas In July Curriculum Notes • This class is perfect for all skill levels. • I will discuss how to make cookie dough and best baking practices. • I will do a live demo on how to make royal icing, how to make 4 different icing consistencies and how to use them. • Basic decorating techniques will be taught such as outling, flooding, wet-on-wet, marbling and wet on dry. • You will learn how to make royal icing transfers. • You will receive a copy of icing and dough recipes. • 5 cookies designs will be taught. • All supplies used for class is provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase most supplies after class. • You will go home with your cookies, Class Handout packed with valuable information, resources, and goodie bag. • Video step-by-step instuctions will be provided as well so you can recreate the designs. • Essential Cookie Decorating Kits https://shop.laurascookiestudio.com/collections/decorating-tool/products/essential-starter-decorating-kit and other cookie supplies used during class will be available for purchase after class. *Registration is not complete until the class is paid in full. *Registration fees are non-refundable (unless I have a 7 day notice or can fill your spot). *Minimum of 6 ppl must register for class by 7/22 to run.
