Local Film Crew looking for filming location

We are a no-budget film in the process of pre-production and are seeking a location for a film. We are searching for a two bedroom house we can film in. Although very low budget we are willing to pay to rent the house, of course. We would love to talk about what that might cost. The film crew is very small and there shouldn't be more than 6-7 people in the house at one time. We will be shooting mostly on Sundays in August and September, and a few evenings as well.
