Swimwear must cover patrons body at all times. Management reserves all rights to deem what is appropriate swimwear coverage. The following articles are prohibited: Athletic gear/apparel, cargo shorts, torn or cut-off jeans and clothing, men’s bikini bottoms, men’s formalwear, suits, jackets, ties, dress shoes, socks with sandals, men’s hats, baggy clothing, chains, excessive jewelry, offensive prints or graphics on clothing, weapons, men’s ribbed tank tops, floatation devices, pressurized water cannons, controlled substances, eye drops, gum, outside food or beverages, liquids, vitamins, supplements, over-the-counter medications, prescription medications without a valid prescription (must be approved by management before entering the premises), cameras/go-pros/recording devices, smart glasses, speakers/sound amplifiers, wearable technology, selfie sticks, whistles, the use of vaporizer ‘vapes’, cigars, goggles, underwater recording devices, oversized bags, folding chairs. Any device found in use will be confiscated and disposed of by management without compensation. Guests noticeably intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible to receive a refund. All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search. You must be 21 years of age with a valid form of ID. Please do not bring valuables and non-waterproof technology on premises; Midtown Beach Club is not responsible for lost or damaged items. MANAGEMENT RESERVES ALL RIGHTS.
