BASS BOXING is a live cardio box event with coach Ashley Moore. Learn how to box to the beat with our live DJ: DeCrazy Cat! 🥊 Learn to punch like the pros and train like a champion while working to the beat of the music. This 45min class is filled with kicks, combos and a little booty pump, all driven to music festival style beats. No equipment needed, just lots of water and a sweat towel! 💖 Half of all proceeds will be donated to Susan G Komen, to help women fight breast cancer! ☀️ Earthbar will be passing out pressed juice and snacks to participants after class! #YUM
