Description

This meditation class will be focused on the energy centers in the body known as the Chakras and how they appear in systems across cultures. This meditation class will be focused on the energy centers in the body known as the Chakras and how they appear in systems across cultures. Each 2nd Sunday meditation class of the month will focus on these energy centers, We will work with one at a time, over the course of 7 months. Handouts will be provided. Most seating is on the floor with back supports. If you require special accommodations, please specify when you register.
