General Handyman for Car Wash

I just purchased an old car wash and need some general handyman work to get the place up and running the way it should be. Car wash maintenance experience is definitely a plus. This position will require some flexibility, as it will not be a daily consistent job. I will need random miscellaneous things done like installing lights, maybe installig pigeon spikes, swapping hoses, etc. Pay is negotiable but i am will to do an hourly rate or a "per job basis".
