Small rodent debris cleaning gig

Hello- We have an approximately 225 sqft basement bedroom with drop ceiling where rodents were present about a year ago. We had abatement services done that eliminated the rodents and we now need to clean up the left over rodent debris and droppings present on the drop ceiling tiles and in the insulation. This is a cleanup job only, we do not need abatement or rat-proofing services. We need someone who can do the following: 1) Remove all furniture from the room. No stairs involved. There's a porch immediately adjacent to the room where all the furniture can be placed and you can use as entry/exit to the driveway. 2) Install plastic tarps on the floor and walls to catch all rodent debris 3) Remove all drop ceiling tiles and insulation 4) Clean ceiling tiles if needed. Replace a few tiles that are stained (we provide the replacement tiles) 5) Reassemble drop ceiling. Remove all plastic tarps and replace furniture in the room You would be responsible for your own personal ppe and removing and disposing all job materials (insulation, plastic tarps, etc) once the job is complete.
