Both parents currently work from home. 11 year old daughter attends in person school & camps. We are looking for a reliable person with a pleasant, pitch-in attitude and attention to detail who will help and drive an increasingly independent 11 year old and manage the routine housekeeping that maintains the smooth running of our home. Schedule: * 20 hours weekly * 7 - 11 a.m. Monday -Friday is preferred schedule * Must be able to cover 7:30 - 8:30 every morning * Possibility of shifting some hours to a regular afternoon time slot Rate: $28/hr W-2 payroll Responsibilities: * Drive daughter to school (15 mins away) - carpool likely in fall * Helping daughter with morning routine and organization * Routine Daily and Weekly Housekeeping * All family laundry * Additional organizational and less frequent housekeeping tasks, develop and maintain a rotation as necessary * Manage inventory of household and cleaning supplies *Occasional errands Qualifications: * Past experience with housekeeping tasks in a private home * Comfortable with middle school aged kids * Discreet and calm demeanor * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos along with ability to write simple correspondence * Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend * Professional with good attitude, hard-working and pleasant to be around * Good communicator * Non-smoker Requirements: * Must have a valid Driver License and good driving record * Covid19, Flu and other Vaccinations must be current * Legal to work in the US – W-2 payroll * Minimum 2-3 references * Background check Additional after school and evening hours possible if mutually convenient.
