Construction Responsibilities : Drywall & Framing Concrete pouring, repairs and finishing. Flooring and molding. Reading and understanding plans is a plus. Must have your own hand tools. Must have your own transportation. Construction worker Rate: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour pay based off experience. Foreman/Superintendent: $35.00 to $55.00 /hour pay based off experience. Must be neat, clean and organized. Looking for reliable dedicated workers who can work independently and as a team. Job sites are mainly located in Seattle and Bellevue. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company that promotes from within. Full Time Monday thru Friday 8:00am/9:00am to 4:30pm must be on time and ready to work, 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Some weekend work is not required but we usually work weekends. Please, serious applicants only with valid driver's license, must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus.
