Work for TW Metals, hiring now! $17/hr TW Metals Warehouse Worker FULL-TIME $17/hr 8131 W Bostian Rd, Suite B300, Woodinville, WA 98072 Responsibilities: Operates equipment such as saws, cranes, forklifts, etc. • Cuts material to the dimensions specified on a sales order • Such work involves the necessity of planning and coordinating sawing activities so as to make the most efficient use of company material stock • Cuts rod, bar, tubing, and pipe to lengths specified on a sales order • Fills in the necessary information on a sales order (weight, scrap, etc.) and packages for shipment • Lubricates and cleans equipment, notifying the supervisor of any equipment problems which may arise • Performs miscellaneous duties such as cleanup of work area • Capability to learn to operate a forklift/side-loader and cutting equipment • Ability to read a tape measure, micrometer, or other measuring devices is required Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Related metal industry experience and/or training preferred Requirements: • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Possess effective communication skills which include verbal and written • Willingness to learn mainframe program (Metalware) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions • The position requires standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, talking and hearing • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds • Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception We treat our employees right: We offer a full comprehensive benefits program with medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability, paid vacation, PTO, 401(k) plans, tuition reimbursement among other competitive benefits.
