Yoga festival at the Intercontinental Hotel's Sky Lawn. Nicolay will leat you in a one of kind Yoga Flow followed by Music and Dance On July 17th please join Nicolay and the Urenergy Team for this Mid Summer Yoga fest. Yoga under the sky, with plenty of shade. If rained out, we have a conference room as back up. Yoga class followed by Sound healing and Trance dance to celebrate Community and Love. The Sky Lawn is located on the 5th floor, at the Spa level. Please arrive early to avoid backing up the elevators. Bring Yoga mat and invite a few friends, good place to start your Saturday Nicolay Del Salto has been teaching Yoga for over 16 years and has led numerous retreats and 200 hour teacher trainings.  He will bring insights to your practice that will make it more enjoyable and open the pathways to go deeper physically and spiritually.  Nicolay makes sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.  Nicolay received his 200 Hour Teachers certification in 2004 his 300 hour advanced Teacher Training in 2017.   Prana Yama intensives as well as going to India to study with Sharath Jois.  Nicolay has trained under great masters and has over 10000 teaching hours which translats to having made connections with thousands of wonderful souls.
