Need Small Space for Cat Rescue

We are a small local cat rescue that takes in cats/kittens from kill shelters in Idaho (and pretty much anywhere else) We have 20 kittens in Idaho that we need to bring over but are out of foster space right now. We could really use a 10' x 20' insulated space with access to water and electricity. The kitties will be in cages and we will cover the walls up to avoid any damage. Basically, we will leave the space the same if not better than when we showed up. This is a short term situation but happy to extend it to long term if you are willing. We expect to pay for use of the space and utility. We are a registered 501(C) and can provide good references. If you can help or even just ideas on where we can look, we would love to hear from you.
