I have ongoing remodeling project and looking for high skilled experienced contractor to complete work. Scope of work: - hood range installation running vent through the roof - 2 buildings painting and fascia, soffit replacement, gutters installation - lifting up/supporting floors(crawlspace) - encapsulating crawlspace: dehumidification, full insulation - increasing attic air circulation by adding soffit vents or alternative - outdoor shower build - AC ducts replacement - small fix ups Of course must have all tools and equipment to perform work. Must be comfortable with occasional video shoot to record the progress of work Also can hire separately for particular jobs. Work should be performed by contract only, contract will include timing.
