COACHELLA, CA — A person was burned in a barbecue explosion in Coachella Saturday. The explosion was reported at 3:14 p.m. in the 82900 block of William Way, according to the Riverside County Fire Department. The injured person was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to a hospital. The severity of the injuries was not immediately available. —City News Service
