Vietnam Vet needs to rent a home. Got job, money, 800+ Credit score but can't find a house to rent. Got a good dog and so many won't take pets and so many looking for a home this Summer that we keep striking out.I've offered up to six month rent in advance. Just got turned down because we were only looking for a one year lease. Many Agents are playing games in my opinion, at the expense of the Renters as well as the Owners. Looking for an Owner that I can deal directly with. Need to move in before 8-4.
