Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 07/06/2021 211870812 Prelininary Information:  On July 6th, 2021, around 12:26pm, Officers responded to 1371 Kimberly Way SW in reference to a male shot. Upon arrival, officers learned that a male victim was already privately transported to the hospital  with a gunshot wound. Preliminary investigation indicates the victim was shot by a male suspect during a physical dispute. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
