This 2 person love seat is ok but the cushions are questionable in other words it hurts my back to sleep on it. It's in great condition I have no pets ! &non smoking home. No rips or tears. Only thing is 2 flights of stairs. I will help you get it down and into your truck it's actually very light and easy to move because of its size. No smell! Has been in. My apt. It's a really good loveseat I am a very sanitary person.
