Hi everyone. I’m looking to rent a studio ASAP. Or a room with private entrance and bathroom I don’t want a roommate situation. My budget is 1000 max Month to month preferred but not necessarily if it’s a good space Please if you respond to my ad to save time for both of us reply with the cost of the unit utilities included or not, the location and if it’s a lease or month to month and when I can look at it I’m an international student have funds to prove. No credit score as I’m non US citizen. I’m German living in LA 5 years now already. Needed to move as building got sold. Area is flexible. Needs to be safe.
