Temp. Construction Laborer, Full-Time Monticello, MN $25+/hr, DOE Specific responsibilities: • Cleaning and preparing construction sites • Loading and unloading materials and equipment • Assist with setting concrete forms, tying rebar, cutting/measuring, etc – basic labor duties • Most of our digging is done with equipment, but there may be some shovel/rake work • Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans Qualifications: • Background in construction a plus, but not required • Strong work ethic, able to be on time and reliable is a must • Able to handle fast paced hard work and work long days when needed are a must • Can-do attitude • Must have valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel (company paid). • Drug free at all times Your Compensation and Benefits: • Will train the right individual with little to no experience • Excellent pay $25+/hour DOE • Working Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays, overtime available • Steady work through the rest of the year with more work to follow if interested • Unemployment insurance offered during winter and paid holidays during the work season • Opportunities for other work with us in our local Menomonie / Eau Claire area as well as MN, including the Twin Cities and other MN locations Atlas Specialty Contracting is a concrete contractor based in Menomonie, WI, established in 2001, doing mostly commercial projects. We are looking for some extra help on a large project in Monticello, MN where we are putting in the foundation for a Mack truck dealership.
