Horse Prospect Wanted

I'm looking for an easy going horse with more whoa than go. Mare or gelding. I'm open to a project type as well if it has a good head on it's shoulders. I just want something to hop on maybe once or twice a week to check fences on in our sheep fields. The rest of the time they can spend their days out in the field with my other two senior horses just grazing the 10 acres of pasture and get their grain in the morning and evenings. There is a pond for cooling off but I keep a tank of clean water up by the house filled up for them to drink out of. If need be a little maintenance is okay, one of my geldings has mild arthritis and gets Bute-Less pellets to keep him happy out on pasture. I have a young cow, bred for this fall/early winter I'd consider to trade since I'm getting away from cattle for the time being and she's my last one. I'm located near Harrison but willing to travel about an hour or so for the right horse but probably no more than two hours one way.
