FOUND DOG- PLEASE HELP!

Found this amazing dog running in the street west of ESU Friday morning. I have his photos posted on Facebook Lyon County Lost Pets pages, have had him scanned at the vet and he has no microchip (and he had no collar),gave his photo to the shelter and they had no calls yet, have up lost dog fliers around my neighborhood, and have been walking him all over hoping he'll reveal some clue. There have been no leads unfortunately now after 3 days. I have taken many animals to the shelter but this one is so special that I have now had it stay overnight at my house 2 nights. This has. Een very difficult considering I have two indoor cats that I have dedicated my home and life to. I am determined to get this dog home or at the least to a new home. He is approximately 30 pounds, shows only a very small bit of tarter on his back pearly white teeth so am guessing he is still pretty young and he seems to not be fixed yet. He has interacted with children in front of me very peacefully and now been around other dogs and people in front of me. Everyone loves this dog and is just as suprised as me that no owner has forth yet. After long snuggles on my bed I've been putting him in a kennel at the bottom of the bed and he's slept through the night without a sound even during the loud thunderstorm Friday night. He does well on walks on a leash and I took him to the lake to try running off leash and he does well with coming back. This dog is the kind of dog people dream of.
