There are numerous ways, we can discuss this at a scheduled time but the most popular way of finding Off Market Properties is simply through the people that you know. Perhaps you have a friend or a family member that needs money or owns a home that they simply can't take care of anymore. Maybe you know of a neighbor that has passed away and their family is now trying to get rid of the house. My favorite way to find a home is what I like to call, "Driving for Dollars". Driving for Dollars is simply driving around a neighborhood writing down addresses, speaking to property owners that might be interested in selling.
