We need the following Mature and Experienced Independent Contractors - No guessing with this employer - No Shady Handyman with no tools or transportation who mess the job up!! We want good, reliable, honest workers who will do this work right the first time!! *** ALL JOBS PAID CASH AT TIME OF COMPLETION**** **We will background check everyone!!! Must have a valid Driver's License** Must be Reliable, Honest and Dependable! *$15 per hour - Weed Sprayer, Weed Digger, Yard Work Project (3-5 hours) Must not be on drugs, smoke on premises or have criminal record in past 10 years! 5-10 years experience. * $75 for the job - Kitchen Sink Unstopped (drains empties but slow - must have your own tools/snake) Must not be on drugs, smoke on premises or have criminal record in past 10 years! 10-15 years experience * Contract Bid - Steps rebuilt - we need 10" hallway wooden steps to be rebuilt to 12" steps or bigger for safety reasons (must have all tools, saws and expertise) **No one without at least 15-20 years and references/experience. Prefer license/insurance/bonding but if not, this will reflect on the contract price. Must not be on drugs, smoke on premises or have criminal record in past 15 years * $12-$15 per hour - Office Clerk/Cleaner - ( 4 hours - 2-3 days per week) Will Train. Must be neat/clean appearance (prefer mature) with own transportation and no criminal record in past 15 years.
