Hi, I make music. Mainly electronic sounds and occasionally live instruments. Would be great to rent a small space to jam and play at loud volume. I'm very clean and professional. I always pay on time and don't have many guests. Please let me know if you have a space for part or full time access. Looking to pay 2 or 3 hundred per month. Thanks!
