Wanted: People who like working with their hands, cleaning, fixing and making things better. Business is good and we have many open positions at many locations across the valley at an Irrigation Supplier and an Equipment Rental company. Formal Training or prior experience as a Service Tech or Mechanic are a plus but not needed. Individuals with prior general Yardman, Landscaping, Construction, Auto Repair, Rental or other general Maintenance and Repairs work history are usually a good fit for this job as individuals raised on a Farm or Ranch environment or just like working on your own cars or toys. SERVICE TECHS: We have a position at Avondale, Central Phoenix, North Phoenix and Gilbert Locations. Service Techs, Clean and do minor maintenance of equipment getting it ready to rent again. They also help customers load and unload equipment and teach them how to use equipment. We will train you what you need to know if you don't already know. The more you already know sets starting wage. SERVICE TECHS can start anywhere from $15.00 to $18.00 an hour depending on your experience You will receive 3 REVIEWS.OPPORTUNITY FOR RAISES (in your first 15 months of work. (2 RAISES LIKELY IN YOUR FIRST 7 MONTHS). This great program allows you to get raises quickly as you grow and learn how to operate and fix more things. Those that can do more, get good raises as well as get PROMOTED. We also have Lead Service Tech position, Supervisor Positions and Manager positions. MECHANICS: 2 small engine mechanic positions and two Diesel Mechanic Positions open in our shops. We also have have a Equipment Service Tech position open at 4 of our locations. Mechanics work Monday thru Friday, 8 hours a day usually 8:00 to 5:00 (40 hours GUARANTEED, occasional overtime when busy or short-handed. Starting pay for our shop is $20 to $23.00 an hour Plus you get 3 reviews/raises in your first 15 months (2 in your first 7 months). We hire both Mechanics who have learned on the job over the years as well as Individuals that have less experience but appropriate Mechanical Training (Individuals who have Certificate from MMI (small engines) or ATI, AAI or other accredited school in Diesel engines/hydraulics, etc.) Depending upon how much experience and what Certificates/Training you have, Class A DRIVER/Service Tech: We have several full time Driving jobs where you deliver Equipment or Party Rental stuff but you also do some Service Tech Work when not driving (cleaning and doing minor Maintenance on Equipment) (Gilbert, and North Phoenix Locations started at $18.00 to $22.00 an hour depending upon driving experience/Mechanical abilities.
