LOST MISSING Congo African Grey Milo, BOLO, $4000 REWARD

He has been missing for over four years now, but I'm still looking and offering a reward for his return. His name is Milo. He is a 6 year old Congo African Grey Parrot. Mottled grey body, dark grey flight feathers, pale whitish belly, black beak with silver-yellow eyes, dark grey cheek "blush," bright red tail. On Friday 26 May 2017 at approximately 6 pm, a noise outside scared him and he jumped and hit the window screen so hard it broke away from the window and he flew out. He has no outdoor skills, indoor bird only. He will answer to his name as well as say his own name. He also makes a plethora of other sounds, mostly microwave beeps and car alarms as well as water droplets. I suspect someone picked him up off the street the night of the incident in Imperial Beach and won't return him. Will not press charges, will swap my bird for reward no questions asked. Please assist, I want my baby back.
