This is a great opportunity for a seasoned retail florist or a budding designer who is a quick learner and is eager to learn the trade. Candidate must be a team player, hard worker and have excellent customer service skills. We are a tight-knit team of creative problem solvers where everyone pitches in to run a successful shop. There is no task too small for anyone. A typical day of duties would include taking and designing floral pieces to our customer’s specifications, assisting walk-in customers, answering phones, processing web orders (POS System), the processing of all incoming shipments of flowers, plants and supplies, some cleaning and upkeep of the shop. The work hours vary 25-30 per week (M-F w/ an occasional Saturday) More hours will be required during major holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) Hourly pay is depending on skill level.
