Female Pitbull needs rescue!

Chica was abandoned on our property by a family member. My cousin and I have been feeding her daily and give her water but she needs severe vet care because she is not putting on weight and could be pregnant due to not being fixed along with having fleas and mange. (she wont come near the water hose for me to bathe her). A source we called does not come out to our neighborhood even though we are in travis county. we cannot transport her to a shelter. please let me know if you are interested in rescuing her or can send me a source who can.
