Serious Only Seek handyman who can help out with organization and light repairs around the home about once or twice a week in exchange for free room and board. We would put every thing in writing. Any extra or big projects i would pay you a fair price like i would any normal contractor should you like to pick up extra work. But the room and board would just be for normal household stuff like walking dogs light clean up, cutting grass or mowing the yard. Again If i needed help with any thing big id ask you if you wanted to work on it and to give me a fair estimate like i would any other contractor. i am looking for a nice guy who is clean cut honest no drugs. I am quiet introverted. I am an engineer by trade i like gaming hiking sci fi. i don't party nor have a lot of company in and out of the house. I don't smoke and i am looking for some one else who is quiet by nature. There is a background check!
