Instead of waiting for someone to tell you what you want to know, why not look into the problem yourself, as I doubt very much that anyone really cares about your question, as I too, have not read any answer that would satisfy your well thought out question which you'vebeen asking for 5(?) months now? Perhaps you're barking up the wrong tree? Get vaccinated and help the homeless get vaccinated. It's the only suggestion I have for you.
