Edit: I do not want to spend all day on the phone, hence I made this post asking for quotes. It is a standard bathroom. 40 sq ft, 8 foot ceilings. There is a toilet, sink and tub in each. They are all where you expect. The toilet isn’t wall mounted or on the ceiling or anything. Everything works as it should at the moment. There is no visible damage. It’s just old and outdated. If I agree to your quote and you discover something crazy we’ll work it out. What I’m not going to do is spend all day on the phone or all day waiting for y’all to come out and look at perfectly ordinary bathroom. Give me a quote and if it’s competitive we can set up a meeting. I’ve got other work I want done around the house too, so give me a good quote, come out and do good on the bathroom and it’ll lead to more work. I’ll provide whatever supplies you need, you provide all tools and labor. I have a bathroom I need completely remodeled to include new floors, bathtub pulled out and shower base installed, tile walls removed, drywall repaired or replaced as needed, new tile installed, shower system installed, glass shower door installed, valves replaced as needed, toilet removed and installed, vanity removed and installed, ceiling and walls painted, new threshold installed. In second bathroom I need wallpaper stripped, and yes the ceiling is wallpapered, drywall repaired as needed, new flooring, new vanity, replace valves as needed, recaulk bathtub as needed and replaced valve as needed, paint walls and ceiling. The drywall is all in tact currently, but I don’t know what condition it’ll be in after pulling down the tiles in one or the wallpaper in the other, which is why I’m saying as needed.
