Help me fix snare wires

I'm a fairly novice drummer. I took apart my snare and can't get the snare wires to be in the right place. I've tried many tutorials on YouTube, with no luck. This would be a really easy thing to do for the right person. Small compensation possible if desired. Be vaccinated and wear a mask. We're all vaxxed but worried about variants. Thanks.
