there is a man out here near west central park avenue that found my cat reese but hes holding him hostage and wants 300 from me well i do not have that kind of money and besidies, hes not feeding him or given him any water either. i will give $50.00 reward if somebody out in davenport,iowa that can find my cat reese and bring this man to justice. how dare him try to let my cat starve to death.IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE IN DAVENPORT IOWA THAT CAN PLEASE GO FIND MY CAT REESE BEFORE HE DIES PLEASE?this man has a very tall fence made of wood or a chain link fence.its a very tall fence too.call me brenda or text me please.so far the police are looking for him, but no word yet from the police ok?
