Person needed to assist in maintenance at 8 unit apartment building near downtown Springfield. Person would perform general maintenance of property and respond to tenant requests. Additional work would be required as well as in making ready vacant apartments for occupancy. A general knowledge of painting,drywall,plumbing, electric,windows and flooring would be helpful, as well own transportation required. Payment amount to be based on time and ability.
