Lady Orla is a beautiful fluffy 3 year old Purebred Saint Bernard spade with all her shots. She is lovable, well behaved, very affectionate and loves people. she responds to most commands, sits at the door when she has to go potty or she barks and hold out her paw to you. She walks beside you on a leash. I rescued her from a not so reputable rescue group and paid $950 for this purebred. Why I am re homing her is because these rescue people stated in their ad that she got along with other dogs and she does not - yet. She needs the training it takes to teach her that she does not need to be agressive towards other dogs. i have just begun training her with the help of a trainer using a choke chain and she is responding but she needs continued training. This dog and I have bonded and I hate to give her up but I am 82, still work and do not have the time nor endurance to to through this training with her although it takes only a couple of weeks I am told. Lady Orla needds a home with a fenced yard (however she is really an indoor dog and wants to be close to her people. ) a rural area would also be great for her. She needs owners who will work together with her using the training method we have begun with her. and who might be willing to follow the on line training offered on many websites. this is just so she can learn to be social around other animals and her new owners can take her for walks which she loves. I live in a condo in the city next to a park which is alway full of people walking their dogs. Besides that in Belltown there is someone always walking a dog on every corner.
