ABOUT US: Property manager looking for an experienced roofer or handyman to fix a roof leak for a rental property in Winter Haven. You should have experience with installing GAF Liberty Peel and Stick roofing. We can provide the rolls of granulated cap sheet (Peel and stick), nails, roof cement, we just need someone to install it. Please bring your own ladder. REPAIR NEEDED: REQUIREMENTS: Do quality work, be on time, be professional (be drug free and professional with my tenants), and finish the project on schedule If you can follow these requirements, you will definitely be called upon for future projects, repairs, and upgrades, and I will gladly recommend your services to other homeowners, renters, realtors, and neighbors in my network. You should come prepared with your own tools. Having a truck or ladder would be an asset for future projects.
