long shot lost phone $200 reward

I know this is asking the near impossible but I am offering a $200 reward for a phone that I lost about 9-10 years ago in front of Hamilton elemntary school on walbank rd in lancaster. Its a Galaxy s 4g t-mobile probably the first Galaxy phone samsung made. Dropped it walking up the grass hill and was gone minutes later. Maybe your child found it and its just sitting in a drawer. It doesnt matter how you have it I would just be so happy that you have it as it wasnt stolen it was lost. It contains pictures and videos of my mom who has since passed away. Almost every picture and video I had of her was on that phone. The IMEI of the phone is 357982040090787 which can be found by just popping the back off the phone and removing the battery showing a white sticker with the numbers there. The phone was password protected so maybe never used after found unless factory reset which wouldve probably deleted everything. Regardless the phone doesnt need to turn on I dont care if the phone is cracked or broken I can still gain access to the memory from internal parts. Again $200 cash if you have this phone in your possession. Thanks
