Mowmentum lawn care is looking for a lawn service and landscape maintenance tech immediately This is a massive opportunity to grow with a growing business. Your pay increases as you level up ! The right candidate will have commercial maintenance experience using edgers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, mowers, and hedge trimming equipment. Landscape installation experience is a huge plus as we move into more installation work as we grow. Must pass background check and drug screen. Must have transportation to our hub. Must be a self starter and be able to complete tasks independently and with others. Must be willing to work and grow and be able to be coached into your new role and learn as you grow. Serious inquiries only. Training is provided but pay depends on experience. Pay is above average for our industry. Come join us as we set the new standard for landscaping in Baton Rouge. 40 hours guaranteed and special pay in the winter season for full time team members. Schedule is around the weather but usually mon-fri March - December.
