I was a marathon runner just a few years ago, but when you asked me to lift up my shirt on your exam table and my gut plopped out, I saw both a look of attraction and disgust :) Slim chances you ever see this, but maybe you'd like to give me a more thorough physical? Or are there any other guys interested in 35 year old ex athletes with a beer gut? Pushing 165lbs now, 40" waist.
