Ah, another ignorant and uninformed "conservative" ranting about how a white guy firefighter being shot by a punk with a gun (notice you couldn't resist decrying him because he's BLACK) isn't sending white people into the street, rioting over this, as he thinks all of us white people should be out there, screaming to lynch him, I guess. You cons don't get it - it's not SKIN COLOR that determines outrage, it's historical abuse over decades, years and years of oppression, hatred and bigotry, the last two of which you seem to have in spades, pal. I'm white and about as anti-conservative as they come, having been brought up by having Archie Bunker as a father and an Edith Bunker mother who was silent about his racism and bigotry. As I got older, I saw my old man for what he was - a racist, bigot and hater, who had a name for everyone else, due to their heritage or skin color. And the older I got, the more I detested who and what he was. And the more determined I was to NOT be like him. Thank God I succeeded there, I can't think about what life is like hating everyone who doesn't look or think or believe just like ME. You sound just like him: a loser who hates people because they threaten his lily-white world, where he'll have to SHARE IT with others who are not JUST LIKE HIM. OH, NO! WE SIMPLY CANNOT HAVE THIS HAPPEN! We're learning about racial massacres that have taken place in this country, there are indigenous children being found in mass graves in Canada and Michigan, and what do the conservatives do? THEY PANIC at the thought of their all-white history being not only debunked, but then they lash out and start passing ridiculous and bigoted "laws" to prevent our kids in schools from learning the truth about our history. AMERICAN HISTORY, I learned as a kid in high school, isn't always nice, is very violent, and very non-white. I urge every American, when they go to the polls next, to vote these bigots and racists out of public office! America deserves to look at the mistakes we've made (and by "we" I mean ALL OF AMERICA, including conservatives), educate ourselves to the HISTORY OF TRUTH that confronts us. I mean, how are we going to continue to grow as a nation if we cannot accept, and move to correct, the historical mistakes of our past? How are our children going to grow as a people, ALL of our children, not just white kids, if we can't teach what our ancestors did? Go climb under the rock you want to continue to hide under, since the worst thing the rest of us can do to you is to confront our past and teach our children to strive to do better. Go away. You and your ilk continue to poison this nation with your Nazis and White Supremacists and voter laws that you think are going to guarantee your "conservative" stranglehold on elections, that YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT WIN without your "legal cheating". You don't have policies, you don't have health plans you crowed about for TEN YEARS to replace the ACA, all you did was decry it because it was implemented by a BLACK PRESIDENT that you, to this day, cannot accept, only because he was BLACK. You who still bang the drum for Trump are ignoring the truth that this man cannot handle - HE LOST THE 2020 ELECTION - and you swallow all of his lies like they were manna from Heaven. I pity you, for you are truly lost. The rest of us are committed to carrying on without you, and rebuilding America into the model of democracy, freedom, hope and liberty that you conservatives are trying with all your might to crush like a grape. We will not let you do this. Get on board, or GET OUT OF THE WAY.
