Looking for people who would entertain a co-op style land ownership opportunity. My girlfriend and I are looking for property 30+ acres under $100K to enjoy away from the city. Ideally, we'd like to make a 3-5 acre pond, have a little camping spot, maybe ATV trail and a rifle range. Example: 5 people with an investement of $15k each could get about 40 acres of land to esape to. No specific property has been identified at this time. Anyone interested in exploring this idea, or even letting me purchase partial ownership of your land?
